K3Y is a dynamic SME specialising in cybersecurity and Research and Development (R&D) activities. Founded in Sofia, Bulgaria, in 2018, K3Y primarily serves the European and Bulgarian markets while actively participating in national and EU-funded projects. K3Y’s core activities can be categorised into two primary areas: (a) Cybersecurity Services and (b) R&D Activities. In the field of Cybersecurity Services, K3Y offers four main services: Vulnerability
Assessment, Penetration Testing, Purple Teaming, and Cybersecurity Consulting. In parallel, K3Y is involved in several EU-funded R&D projects and initiatives, including TRUSTEE, P2CODE, ACROSS, COGNETS, CPAID, CASTOR, TORNADO, TRITON, SEQURED and XTRUST-6G

Role in Piqaso

K3Y leads WP5, which focuses on the PiQASO Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) knowledge and awareness academy, as well as migration planning. Specifically, K3Y is responsible for creating the PIQASO Academy and preparing relevant training materials in
collaboration with project partners. Additionally, K3Y plays an important role in the evaluation of the PiQASO framework and PQC implementations in the context of T4.6, providing best practices, lessons learnt and recommendations for wider applicability and use.
